We will submit for you any insurance forms needed for preauthorization and make sure you receive any benefits due to you. I am here to help you not only with insurance coverage, but also with flex plans, cafeteria plans and any financial questions you might have pertaining to your treatment.

Hello, I am the receptionist here at Webster Groves Orthodontics. It is a real pleasure to meet our patients and their families, making sure they feel welcome in our office and attending to any concerns you may have about your treatment. I will assist you in scheduling and coordinating your appointments as conveniently as possible. I am committed to helping you with every step of your treatment.

I am married and have four wonderful children: Madelyn, Katie, Ben and Lily. We are long-time Webster Groves residents and I love spending time with my family and friends.

Hi, I have been proud to have been a member of this team for more than 24 years, following my dental education at Bryan Institute. I really enjoy getting to know our patients and assisting them throughout their treatment. It is satisfying to use my technical expertise and experience to keep you as comfortable as possible and informed about your progress.

Hi, I have worked in the dental field for almost 20 years after graduating from the Missouri School for Doctor’s Assistants. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Dr. Crump and being part of his team over the last nine years. I find it stimulating to meet new people every day and have the opportunity to help them. I will enjoy meeting you and being part of creating your beautiful smile!

Away from the office, I keep very busy spending time with my son, Daniel, and exercising.

Hello! After graduating from the Missouri College of Dental Assisting in 2009, I immediately joined Dr. Crump’s team. I love assisting our patients and helping them achieve a better smile. I really thrive on making our patients feel positive about and comfortable with their orthodontic treatment.

In my spare time, I like to spend time with my boyfriend, Matt, and our friends. I am also an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals!

Hi! I have been working with Dr. Crump and his team since the summer of 2010 and couldn’t have asked for a better office to join. I graduated from the Missouri College of Dental Assisting in the spring of 2009 and enjoy working with the variety of people we have coming to our lovely office. I am enthusiastic about constantly learning and using all of the cutting edge technology that we have here. One of my favorite parts about my job is seeing our patients’ faces when their braces come off!

In my free time, I enjoy reading, dancing, and spending time with my friends and family.
